Happy Chinese New Year

MOCA - Lunar New Year -174

February 10th 2014 was a fun celebration of the Chinese New Year at the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA). It was our first time working MOCA and we wanted to be sure to do a good job. The event turned out to be one of the most memorable photographic experiences of 2014. Great Chinese food from celebrity chefs Kian Lam Kho, Irene Khin Wong, and Pichet Ong. The atmosphere was festive, making it a spectacular space to photograph people, food, and environments.

There were other celebrities in addition to the chefs. Filmmaker Ang Lee was there enjoying conversation and signing a few autographs.

MOCA’s 2014 gala in December was fabulous too. Check that out here.
